Advisory Meeting of Worldwide Congress of Lovers of Ahl-ul-Bayt (PBUT)

At the present juncture when valuable opportunities have been provided for the Muslim world for prosperity, progress, versatility and development and we are witnessing development of waves of the Islamic awakening, the global arrogance and dominance-seeking powers headed by the US and its regional allies are doing their best to penetrate in the fronts of Muslims, to cause sedition, fan the flames of differences and violence, wage wars as well as ethnic and religious conflicts, create and spread reactionary, extremist, and terrorist groups to divert public opinions in line with their scheme of Islamophobia on their agenda and to seriously prevent the progress and development of the Muslim world.

At this vital and definite juncture, the unity and integration of the Muslim Ummah particularly the integration of the lovers of Ahl-ul-Bayt (PBUT) is reflected as an important element of the Muslim world more than anytime. In line with such necessity, the great Congress of Lovers of Ahl-ul-Bayt (PBUT) was held on 22nd and 23rd of November 2017 in Tehran where it was emphasized that a mechanism should be developed for forging relationship and interaction among participants. As a result, a meeting entitled the Advisory Meeting of Worldwide Congress of Lovers of Ahl-ul-Bayt (PBUT) was held on February 12, 2018 in Tehran. At the meeting, participants congratulated on the victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution and marked the memory of the late Imam Khomeini. In addition, they accentuated on the followings;
1.    Establishing the central council and specialized committees as well as establishing the standing secretariat of the Worldwide Congress of Lovers of Ahl-ul-Bayt in Tehran.
2.    Developing relationship as well as qualitative and quantitative networking of lovers of Ahl-ul-Bayt as the theoretical and practical harbingers of defendants of the Muslim world and fighting the global arrogance and dominance-seeking powers across the world.
3.    Paying special attention to the important and strategic issue of the Islamic unity among Muslim nations and communities under the guidance of teachings of pure Muhamadic Islam, strengthening the unity discourse and transforming such a discourse to the social behavior and peaceful coexistence among Muslims.
4.    Sensitivity toward, and paying due attention to, important regional issues and developments in Islamic countries; identification of threats and challenges resultant from the abovementioned developments; and trying to help Islamic communities to get rid of this crisis. 
5.     Condemning the massacre of Muslims and the violation of the rights of liberal-minded Muslim leaders in Islamic countries such as Yemen, Myanmar, and Bahrain, as well as, Muslim countries in Africa and other regions.
6.    Paying special attention to the issue of Palestine as the first concern of the Islamic world and keeping constant emphasis on this issue in different circumstances and highlighting the necessity to strengthen the Islamic resistance and standing against the Zionist regime, as well as, reorganizing and reorienting the political, media, cultural, and practical initiatives toward the cause of liberation of Al-Qods.
7.    Paying due attention to combat against Takfiri-terroristic groups, factions, and thoughts as they are instruments at the disposal of the hegemonic system to penetrate in the Islamic world and develop Islamophobia and create discord among Muslims for taking political, economic, military, and security advantages from these groups. 
8.    Providing effective and operational mechanisms in order to materialize the three basic features of the Islamic Awakening Movement, i.e. anti-despotism; anti-arrogant powers; and anti-Zionism.
9.    Enlightening the people and enhancing their awareness about the enemy's soft war against Muslims and the necessity of empowering the anti-arrogance spirit among Islamic nations through gatherings and sessions with the participation of different groups, including women, the youth, academicians, etc. and utilizing different potentials in the Islamic world. 
10.    Confrontation against compromising approaches in dealing with the enemy and prevention of the penetration of dependent-on-the-hegemonic system into the decision-making bodies in the Islamic countries.
11.    Emphasis on the formation of modern Islamic civilization based on important concepts such as spirituality, rationalism, security, and justice and eradication of the obstacles that prevent the materialization of these principles. 
At the end, participants in this gathering express their gratitude to the people and officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran and appreciate the supports of Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, the supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution, and his appropriate initiatives in defending the realm of Islam and Muslims in various arenas. Participants also express their thanks to the Islamic Awakening Assembly for organizing this friendly gathering.
