Palestine Monday evening recorded a new corona-related fatality, raising the total death toll in the occupied territories to 42.

Palestine Monday evening recorded a new corona-related fatality, raising the total death toll in the occupied territories to 42.

The Health Ministry identified the latest victim as a 51-year-old man from the Hebron.

According to the latest coronavirus data, the confirmed cases in the occupied territories (West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and Gaza) reached 7,441.

Out of the 7,441 cases, 6,494 are recorded in the West Bank, 72 in the Gaza Strip and 875 in East Jerusalem.

Recoveries have totaled 1,258, including 174 in East Jerusalem, leaving a total of 6,141 active cases.
