Big Fires Consume Swathes of Farm Lands in Southern Lebanon
Al-Manar correspondent in southern Lebanon reported Friday that big fires broke out in a large number of towns in southern Lebanon, consuming swathes of farm lands.
The reporter added that the fires destroyed the farm lands in Adaisseh, Markaba, Houla, Hounin, Jwaya, Debaal, Maaroub Barish, and Deir Qanoun An-Nahr, adding that a big fire broke out in the outskirts of the Zionist settlement, Margaliot, which lies on border with Lebanon.
According to the reporter, firefighters from the Civil Defense, Hezbollah’s Islamic Health Society, Amal Movement’s Scout as well as the Lebanese Army helicopters collaborated to extinguish the fire.
It is worth noting that the residents close to the fires were evacuated.
The secretary-general of Lebanon’s resistance movement of Hezbollah says the Israeli regime's "life is reaching its end", stressing that even normalization deals will fail to protect the occupying regime.
Iranian Parliament Speaker’s Special Aide for International Affairs said that the United States, Saudi Arabia and France are pursuing a policy to weaken Resistance in Lebanon.
The secretary-general of Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement has warned against attempts by certain groups to foment a civil war in the cash-strapped country on economic, racial, and religious grounds, emphasizing that the movement will not allow anyone to realize such a fiendish plot.
