A total of 3,000 people were killed in the attacks.\r\n \r\nThe Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman’s remarks came in reaction to Wednesday comments by Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir in the Chinese capital, where he accused Iran of backing the Houthi Ansarullah movement in Yemen.\r\n Iranian and Yemeni officials have repeatedly rejected the accusation as baseless.\r\n \r\nSaudi Arabia has been waging war on Yemen since March 2015 in an attempt to bring back to power Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, a Saudi ally who has resigned as Yemen’s president.
